SHIPPING POLICY
We currently offer standard shipping to the United States through USPS and UPS. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size and location during the checkout process.
We aim to process orders as soon as possible. Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders may take up to 3-5 business days.
Delivery times will vary based on location. Delivery times may be affected by Holidays and unexpected weather events.
You will receive a tracking number when the order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
We advise that you confirm your shipping information before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping information.
RETURN POLICY
The item must still be unused, shrink-wrapped, and unopened within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a return. Any opened item is not eligible for return.
Wobbly Dobbly Puzzle co does not cover the shipping costs for returned items. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there are issues with the shipping company you’ve chosen.
To validate the return, contact hello@wobblydobblypuzzleco.com; we will provide you with a “Return Authorization Form.” Include the “Return Authorization Form” in the box with your return item and a copy of your receipt. Do not send items for return without contacting us at hello@wobblydobblypuzzleco.com.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the item and update you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, minus the original non-refundable shipping costs. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process.
We do not offer exchanges but will try to be as accommodating as possible.
